Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white
• Angostura bitters, for garnish

Steps

1. Add the bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker and dry shake (no ice).
2. Add ice and shake again, then strain into a glass.
3. Garnish with a few drops of Angostura bitters on the foam.
