Wally's Pumpkin Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• ¼ oz (1½ tsp) homemade pumpkin syrup
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters
• Expressed orange peel

Steps

1. Add the bourbon, pumpkin syrup, and bitters to a rocks glass with ice.
2. Stir 20–30 seconds to chill and lightly dilute.
3. Express the orange peel over the drink, rub it around the rim, and drop it in.
