Wally's Old Fashioned — Walnut & Orange

Ingredients

• 2 oz Weller Special Reserve
• 1 tsp simple syrup
• 1 dash black walnut bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters
• 1 large ice cube
• Expressed orange peel, dropped in as garnish

Steps

1. Add simple syrup and bitters to a rocks glass.
2. Add Weller bourbon and stir briefly.
3. Add the large ice cube.
4. Stir 20–30 seconds to chill and lightly dilute.
5. Express orange peel over the drink, rub the rim, and drop the peel into the glass.
