Wally's Morning Bourbon Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 1½ oz bourbon (Buffalo Trace or Michter's)
• ½ oz coffee liqueur (NOLA works)
• ½ oz chilled strong coffee or espresso
• 1 dash chocolate bitters
• 1 dash Angostura aromatic bitters
• 1 large ice cube
• Orange peel, optional

Steps

1. Stir the bourbon, coffee liqueur, coffee or espresso, and bitters with ice until chilled.
2. Strain over a large ice cube.
3. If using the orange peel, express it over the glass and garnish the drink.
