Pink Lady
Ingredients
- 1½ oz gin
- ½ oz apple brandy
- ½ oz lemon juice (or lime)
- ¾ oz grenadine (or less)
- 1 egg white
Steps
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (no ice).
- Add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a coupe.
Notes
- Meh — try with a better grenadine.
