Mint Julep

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• ½ oz simple syrup
• Mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish

Steps

1. Rub the mint leaves around the inside of the glass.
2. Add the bourbon and simple syrup with crushed ice.
3. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Notes

• Use more mint than just the rub.
• Try with jalapeño syrup, or add a splash of club soda.
