Fitzgerald

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• ¾ oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Lemon peel, for garnish

Steps

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake.
2. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lemon peel.
