Filibuster

Ingredients

• 1½–2 oz rye
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz maple syrup
• 1 egg white
• Angostura bitters and a lemon peel, for garnish

Steps

1. Add the rye, lemon, maple syrup, and egg white to a shaker and dry shake (no ice).
2. Add ice and shake again, then strain.
3. Garnish with Angostura on top and an expressed lemon peel.

• A rye sour with maple syrup.
