Boulevardier

Ingredients

• 1¼ oz bourbon or rye
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz sweet vermouth
• Orange peel, for garnish

Steps

1. Add the bourbon or rye, Campari, and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled, then strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
3. Garnish with an orange peel.

Notes

• A rich, warming whiskey variation on the Negroni.
• Bourbon is the usual choice; rye makes it a little spicier.
