Apple Jack

Ingredients

• 2 oz apple brandy
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• ¾ oz simple syrup
• 1 oz apple cider

Steps

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake, then strain.

Notes

• Smaller-batch ratio also works: 1½ oz apple brandy, ½ oz lemon, ½ oz simple syrup, ½ oz apple cider.
