Amaretto Sour
Ingredients
- 1½ oz amaretto
- ¾ oz cask-proof bourbon
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp rich simple syrup (2:1)
- ½ oz egg white
- Lemon peel and cherries, for garnish
Steps
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (no ice).
- Add ice and shake again, then strain over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lemon peel and brandied cherries.
