Algonquin

Ingredients

• 2 oz rye
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• ¼ oz grenadine

Steps

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake.
2. Strain into a coupe.

Notes

• The classic Algonquin doesn't use grenadine, but many bartenders add just a touch — this is that variation.
